chemical Properties:

Sodium oleate also called as nascent soap, appearance taking white to yellowish cream or lightly brown yellow cream. It tastes special smell. Melting point is 232~235°C. It is soluble in water, weak base. It takes neutral in soluble in ethanol, but not soluble in benzene.
